Regulation on the processing of personal data

The subject of personal data by sending information on the website https://jingsh.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website), gives consent to the processing of personal data.
In accordance with Federal Law № 152 dated 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

 

1. Hereby gives consent to the Jinsh Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Jinsh LLC) to process the following personal data:
• surname, first name, patronymic;
• email address;
• Phone numbers;
• collection and processing of depersonalized visitor data (data that is automatically transmitted to the Website services during their use using software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser, technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information).

 

2. I am notified that the operator of personal data is: Jinsh LLC.

 

3. The subject of personal data is informed and agrees to the automated, as well as without the use of automation tools, processing of his personal data in order to identify the User in case of his contacting the Operator through the Website, establishing feedback and informing through emails, providing access to services, information and/or materials, contained on the website https://jingsh.ru, as well as for processing requests and requests on the website https://jingsh.ru .
3.1. The subject of personal data is notified that in order to conclude, execute and terminate agreements and civil law contracts with him, the Operator has the right to process the following personal data provided by him:
• last name, first name, patronymic;
• gender;
• Citizenship;
• passport data of an individual;
• address of registration at the place of residence and actual residence (for an individual);
• Mobile phone number;
• Email address;
• the name of the organization in which the personal data subject works (if applicable);
• information about employment, experience, qualifications, professional retraining and/or advanced training (if applicable);
• postal address and legal address (for legal entities);
• other information that the user deems necessary to provide and which is necessary for the purposes of processing personal data provided for by applicable law and the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy).

This consent is provided for the implementation of actions with respect to the personal data of the personal data subject that are necessary to achieve the above goals, including (without limitation) collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), use, transfer to third parties for information exchange, depersonalization, blocking of personal data data, as well as the implementation of any other actions provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

5. The personal data subject is informed that in order to revoke consent to the processing of personal data, it is necessary to send a personal statement to the Personal data Operator.

 

6. The subject of personal data is notified and gives his consent that the Operator guarantees the processing of his personal data in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in both non-automated and automated ways.
The personal data subject confirms that by providing the above-mentioned personal data, he acts of his own free will and in his own interests.
By filling in the data fields provided on the Website, the Website User gives his consent to the processing of his personal data in the manner and on the terms specified in this Consent, as well as in the above-mentioned Policy.
By accepting the terms of this Policy, the Website User confirms that the personal data provided to them is reliable. The Operator assumes that the User of the Website provides reliable personal data and keeps them up to date.
The personal data subject is familiar with the rights and obligations in the field of personal data protection.
